Dressing minis, and their moms, to match
Bailey's Blossoms makes clothing and accessories for newborns, toddlers and girls, with a signature line of Mommy & Me matching styles. Rompers, smocked jumpsuits, floral dresses, piggie clips and headbands, released in small, seasonal drops.
The brand sells direct through its Shopify store across the US and wholesales to boutiques. Its customer is a mom, shopping on her phone, who wants to catch a new drop before her child's size sells out.
Loyal moms, rented attention
Bailey's Blossoms already had a devoted following. But on mobile web, every return visit depended on an email being opened or an ad being served. In a category driven by limited drops and seasonal moments, that delay costs sales.
A native app that runs on the store they already have
Appmaker turned Bailey's Blossoms' live Shopify catalogue into native iOS and Android apps, keeping products, pricing, pre-orders and discounts in sync with no separate back end to maintain.
Homepage & discovery
A campaign-led homepage, a category grid that mirrors how moms shop, and a menu that links community moments like the Cutie Contest alongside the catalogue.
Listings built for drops
Two-up product grids with add to cart on every card, pre-order labels for upcoming pieces, and sort and filter pinned to the bottom of the screen.
Wishlist, cart & checkout
The save-it-for-later habit is built into every screen, and the cart keeps size, quantity and coupons in one place before a native checkout.
App vs website
The app converted better than the website in 10 of 13 months, and its rate climbed from 2.2% to 4.0% over the year.
