Marketing Head

Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and adoption of Appmaker product. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B product marketing leader with proven success creating and executing successful global marketing programs. 

Product Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire team members, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic road map, setting goals & milestones for marketing, brand stewardship, customer experience & demand generation
  • Analyse and forecast of emerging marketing trends and business opportunities
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Work closely with sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer
  • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas

Requirements

  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing and business development is preferred
  • A self-starter with effective project management skills
  • Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
  • Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing
  • Self-directed, organized team player who is capable of hands-on-execution as well as long term business planning
  • Experience using Marketing Automation & Analytics and other platforms is an asset
  • Experience in content creation/management, demand generation, branding, analyst relation, digital marketing 
  • Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation
  • Driving customer relationship programs
  • Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals
  • Strong communication, inter persona & problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
