- Go to https://dashboard.zopim.com/ and create an account for your business.
- Log in to your account and click on the icon in the top right corner and select Check connection
3. Copy the Account key
4. Paste the Account key in manage of your app ->update-app->add-ons and click on submit
5. Click on menu of your manage->add item and set type,title and action
